At Babyboo, we prioritize the health and safety of your little ones. To maintain our strict hygiene standards, all returns must meet the rigorous criteria outlined below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this 7-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. This means the item must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items showing any signs of use, including assembly or installation (e.g., car seats, strollers), are not eligible.
  • Pristine Condition: The item must be free of any odors, stains, hair (including pet fur), or debris.
  • Original Packaging: All tags, manuals, and protective films must be intact and in the original, undamaged packaging. Protective plastic bags cannot be torn.  
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all requests.

3. Hygiene & Safety Standards (Strictly Enforced)

For the safety of our community, we cannot accept returns on items that may pose a hygiene or safety risk once they have left our warehouse.

  • Pet Dander & Allergens: Any item returned with pet fur, hair, or dander will be immediately rejected for refund. These particles can trigger severe allergic reactions in infants and compromise the "new" status of the product.
  • Safety Seals: If an item is sealed for hygiene (e.g., breast pumps, bottles, pacifiers), the seal must remain unbroken.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are permanently exempt from returns or refunds due to their nature:

  • Personal Care Goods: Nursing bras, breast pads, breast pumps and accessories, and intimate apparel.
  • Consumables: Nipple cream, skincare, or hygiene wipes.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All purchases of "Sale" items or gift cards are final.

5. The Return Process & Logistics

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@babyboo.sg within the 7-day window.

  • Authorization Required: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Buyer Responsibility: Once a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. *No Collection Service: Babyboo does not provide a collection or pickup service from the buyer's address. You must use a reliable courier service to send the item back to our designated return address.
  • Inspection: Every return undergoes a manual inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the hygiene standards mentioned above. In such cases, the item can be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@babyboo.sg within 24 hours of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit. Please note that banks may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
